The Shift Orchestra Project is a musician’s collective dedicated to providing non-traditional classical music programming and showing the world what a modern orchestra can look like. By exploring new approaches to the concert format, and taking more creative approaches to repertoire selection, we hope to provide a welcoming space for new listeners, and a fresh perspective for long-time fans of the orchestral world.
The SHIFT Orchestra Project is a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization. Contributions for the charitable purposes of the SHIFT Orchestra Project must be made payable to “Fractured Atlas”, only and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
